One piece of approximately 2.2 kg. of our semi-cured Mahon-Menorca D.O.P. artisan cheese, made with raw cow's milk and refined by our Master Cheesemaker and Master Cheese Tuner. Matured for 2 to 5 months, it is a firm ivory-coloured cheese with an orange/brown rind, with an evolved lactic flavour and aroma, with certain reminiscences of butter and toasted nuts, with a medium persistence in the mouth.
