1/8 of approximately 0.25 kg. of our artisan Mahon-Menorca D.O.P. cured Quintana Cheese, made with raw cow's milk and refined by our Master Cheesemaker and Master Cheese Tuner. Matured for more than 6 months, it is an external layer cheese of an aged brown color, with a slightly harder texture and an evolved and intense flavour and aroma, with a long persistence in the mouth.
