Description
A piece of approximately 0,65 kg. of our artisan Mahon-Menorca D.O.P. aged Quintana Cheese, made from raw cow’s milk and refined by our Master Cheesemaker and Master Cheese Tuner. Matured for more than 10 months, it is an outer layer cheese with an aged brown colour, a slightly harder texture and a full flavour and aroma, with a memorable persistence in the mouth.
