We are delighted to announce that Queso Quintana will be taking part in the Salon du Fromage 2020 for the first time. It is the most important event for professionals when it comes to cheeses and dairy specialities that is visited by experts from all over Europe. We’ll be there from the 23rd to 26th of February at the Paris Expo Exhibition Centre – Porte de Versailles in Paris, stand number D 051.
That’s where we’ll be presenting our Queso Quintana Artisan Semi-cured Mahón-Menorca PDO (maturation of 2 to 5 months), Queso Quintana Artisan Cured Mahón-Menorca PDO (maturation of more than 6 months) and Queso Quintana Aged artisanal Mahón-Menorca PDO (maturation of more than 10 months) cheeses, made from raw cow milk and matured by Bosco Triay Barber, our Master Artisan Cheesemaker and Master Artisan Cheese Ripener/Affineur. In addition, our cured cheese has just been awarded the Super Gold Medal in the 2019-2020 World Cheese Awards!
