Delivery terms

The delivery times are approximately 48 hours in the Balear Islands and 72 hours in the peninsula, from Monday to Wednesday until 1 pm. Online orders made on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are considered for delivery as made on Monday. The reason is that during the weekend there is no delivery service and when dealing with perishable goods we do not ship on Fridays to guarantee the quality of the product when you receive it. In order to expedite the delivery, please indicate an address and contact telephone where it is possible to locate the recipient during working hours. In the event that the courier company can not deliver at the indicated address, it will leave a notice or contact the customer at the telephone number provided during the formalization of the order. In case there is any delay for any reason, whether or not attributable to Queso Quintana, the client will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. The delivery of the order is considered completed from the moment the courier company makes the product available to the customer. Delays in delivery will not be considered in those cases in which the order has been made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed deadline and could not be delivered due to cause attributable to the customer. Queso Quintana is not responsible for errors caused in delivery when the address provided by the user is incorrect or incomplete. The user must check the good condition of the package in the presence of the carrier that makes the delivery of the order. Any anomaly that could be detected on the packaging should be indicated on the delivery note.
